Corporate Training Experience
I joined Dale Carnegie in 2001 and completed the two year trainer development route to become the youngest trainer in the UK and one of the youngest to qualify worldwide. Over my 9 years with Dale Carnegie Chris I have delivered programmes across Europe, Middle East and Asia.
My background is in organizational psychology, communication skills and business coaching. In 2008 I became a Master Trainer within the Dale Carnegie and am now working to develop the training talent within UK and Europe. I only work ‘in-company’ on bespoke tailored projects. As such I have developed a strong ability to rapidly understand an organization and adapt the content specifically for the unique culture I am working in. This including using appropriate language as well as style of delivery.
The majority of my training is focused on developing leadership talent and presentation skills. I am passionate about the High Impact Business Communications Programme which is designed to develop speaking and presenting ability to the very highest levels in business especially when coping with the added challenge of working in a second language.
