I am the Director of Training for the Global Delivery Team of Dale Carnegie & Associates (DC&A). I lead, develop, and quality enhance the training team responsible for implementing client solutions driving results for clients.

Dale Carnegie & Associates, Inc. - Licensed Trainer and Master Trainer in the Dale Carnegie Course®, Presentations Effectiveness, Leadership/Management Effectiveness, Team Member Engagement, Seminars and Customer Service.
Corporate Training Experience:
As a Global Master Trainer for DC&A, My experience spans North America, Europe, and Asia. I have worked to identify, develop, train, and quality assess trainers for new Franchise development and for established Franchise enhancement. I have worked in more than 10 countries to grow and develop Dale Carnegie Trainers.
Moreover, I have a strong operational business experience and franchise experience. I joined Dale Carnegie & Associates, Inc. (DC&A) via the Crace, Inc. franchise based in Seattle, Washington, where I helped build and grow that team for over 8 years. As Vice President of Training and Controller for Crace, Inc., I worked directly with clients needs, supported sales, recruited trainers, and developed the training team. My experience in franchise operations ranged from sales and delivery to executive management and financial strategy.
Client Experience:
I have worked with client organizations in addressing critical training and coaching needs. Over the years, I have worked with companies in Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, Aeronautics, and Government Organizations. Among my clients are: Boeing, Microsoft, Wal-Mart, Ericsson, Starbucks, Intel, Honeywell, Bank of America, Costco, EJ Gallo Wineries, the United States Coast Guard, numerous Agencies of the United States Government and the United Way of America.
